Kimberly Wilson currently serves as the Medical Case Manager at FIRST at Blue Ridge, Inc., a non-profit organization and long-term treatment facility whose mission is to help individuals who battle addiction. Kimberly has served as a member on the Social Entrepreneurship Advisory Board where she focused on assisting community and faith-based organizations to develop innovative, effective, and sustainable approaches to neighborhood revitalization, economic development, and human resource development in low-income communities. With a degree in Public and Business Administration combined with her knowledge in the advertising and marketing industry, she has found her match in the dynamic world of fundraising and philanthropy and is now committed to bridging the gap between addiction, mental health, and mass media. Through experience and her personal journey of recovery, she has developed a desire to help transform young girls into great women by building leadership skills like self-reflection, critical thinking, sound decision-making, goal setting, clear communication, and personal accountability. Kimberly believes these components can be achieved best through developing a strong foundation in health awareness, education, and financial literacy.
